Thank you for sharing these beautiful words for your son. I have followed you for years…and it’s people like you who are inspiration as we watch you go into this next season. My oldest, a son, is fifteen. Very strong-willed, very opinionated, trying our best to parent him from a Godly biblical worldview just as we have from the time he was born and we dedicated him to God. Your words have been encouraging to me today. I needed that as a reminder….

So glad this spoke to you today! Do not stop doing what you are doing, friend! These strong-willed boys are going to do great things, otherwise the devil wouldn’t fight us so hard for them. Keep the prayers going up for him!

Gosh Julie I remember back to when your son graduated from high school the same year as my firstborn. Your words and blog helped to comfort me as a new life began for him and I was hooked. Now I sit here and read this sweet letter and I am so moved by your words. Such a heartfelt genuine post and I’m in tears! Best of luck to your son and his soon to be wife. Also I can’t wait to see all of your daughters beautiful wedding pictures!
