#ad These no-bake mini cheesecakes are super simple to make with just a few ingredients for Memorial Day and 4th of July parties!

The best recipes start with fresh ingredients from local farmers, and that’s why @mayfielddairy milk is my favorite. That yellow jug isn’t just iconic…it keeps the milk fresh by blocking out light! Save this recipe and grab some Mayfield milk during your next trip to @foodcitygrocery

Ingredients:
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups Mayfield whole milk
3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Approximately 18 soft-baked chocolate chip cookies, baked or store-bought

In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add a half a cup of the milk and mix to incorporate. Next, add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of milk, as well as the pudding mix, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix for two minutes on medium speed.

In muffin tins, line approximately 18 of the muffin cups with aluminum foil liners, and place a chocolate chip cookie in each one. Scoop the cheesecake mixture on top of each cookie and smooth them flat with the back of a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving. To remove the wrappers for presentation, freeze for at least one hour before.

Top with your favorite fruit toppings or an American flag for a patriotic presentation!
