Easter Bunny Wreath
I can’t explain why, but I have been all about getting the Easter decor out lately. I always love to set a pretty Easter table, but I’ve not been into the bunnies as much as I have this year so far! And we still have over a month til Easter comes! And when it does arrive, the front doors will be ready for it. I did a little Easter glow-up on my basic boxwood wreaths and I thought you might like them, too!

I do love my basic boxwood wreaths, and they are on my door for most of the year! One of the best things about them is that they are great plain, or fabulous for adding some seasonal decor as well. These are a great staple I highly recommend. I am going on my 4th year with these and they are still looking brand new! I get lots of questions on where to get them, and I have them linked for you HERE. Also, find my post on how to hang a wreath without damaging your door HERE.
I came across this bunny decor piece locally and decided I would use the bunnies to decorate my wreaths!
I know this is a unique piece, but I’ve found a great source for a very similar bunny right HERE!
I simply removed the bunnies and used them as wreath picks for my wreaths.
Then, to make my own Easter egg picks, I found some colored foam eggs and snipped some bamboo skewers in half and stuck one end into the eggs. (Source list at the end of the post.)
Then I simply stuck them into the wreath, arranging them how I wanted them. You should not have to use glue or any other permanent fix. This makes it so easy to remove later!
Lastly, I added a gingham ribbon, tied in a simple bow. You can use floral wire to attach, or simply tie it onto a few of the stems of the wreath.
Now Mr. and Mrs. Bunny are ready for Easter! Let’s just hope they don’t freeze out here until the Spring weather comes!
