I am going to try this, Julie! I have not heard of this before…but…I am always late to the party (unless it is my own!;>) I HAVE done this with green beans though. It is an old Weight Watchers recipe. xo Diana

I love roasted chickpeas! I do mine a little different, after brushing them with olive oil I roll them in chili powder. I like to put them on my salad! They are just the right amount of kick & protein!:)

These are the best snack ever, love them! I recently made them at our house and I'm totally addicted, so fun in salads too!

Just made these and just finished them off… oops. đŸ™‚ Do I even need to write that they are yummy? Haha. I put some cheesy popcorn seasoning in mine and also threw in some chopped up kalamata olives for a little more texture.

I don't have canned chick peas but I make them from scratch for soup or hummus. This sounds great. Chick peas are good for us. It will make a change from my usual popcorn while watching tv or a movie. thank you for sharing I found you through another blog but my electricity went off and now I don't remember which one it may have been Tidy MOM

How do you store them if you do not eat them all?

I store any leftovers in the fridge. Not sure if it's necessary, but I do it just in case.
