Pumpkin Spice Latte Punch
Years ago, I shared a recipe for coffee punch that a friend taught me how to make, and a few times since, I’ve thought of the possibilities of making a pumpkin spice version for fall! So I took the time to whip some up over the weekend, and it was a hit at our house!
Just like the coffee punch, it’s super easy, made with just a few ingredients…
One and a half 1/2 gallons of vanilla ice cream
6 cups of milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
4 Tbsp sugar
2 cups coffee, chilled
Plenty of pumpkin pie spice for sprinkling
Begin by brewing two cups of coffee, mixing in the sugar and setting aside in the fridge to chill. When you’re; ready to serve the punch, place the ice cream in the punch bowl and let it soften for a few minutes.
While that’s softening, pour the milk into a bowl and whisk in the pumpkin puree until smooth.
When the ice cream is ready, pour the pumpkin milk over the ice cream…
Next, pour over the sweetened coffee…
The key ingredient is the pumpkin pie spice! Generously sprinkle over the punch to top it off!
Gently stir in the spice before serving, then sprinkle on a little more to the top of each glass.
Enjoy! This makes plenty of punch for a crowd of at least a dozen, depending on the serving size. And it’s a beautiful peachy color! Hope this gives you ideas for parties, showers, or just enjoying on the porch!
