Beach Condo Makeover Two!
We did it! I’m happy to report that our plans for the new condo fell into place and the many small details all came together last week for a successful trip that has left us with another lovely place to welcome guests for rest and retreats! I am very excited today to share the full tour with you and see what you think! I was able to find some great deals on furnishings for this place, and I’ll share the list of sources with links throughout for those who would like to shop this condo. Many of the links in this post are affiliate links which help to support this blog.
In case you missed it, HERE is the info on our first Airbnb. And these are in the same building on Pensacola Beach, so multiple families can rent together!
This was the entryway before…
And now!
All of the walls were freshly painted in SW Pearly White, and it really brightened it up while keeping it cozy. These floors are Luxury Vinyl Planks from CoreTec in Ivory Coast.

Here’s a guest bedroom you may remember from before…
Which is now the bunk room! We absolutely love this room, and it has great views of both the bay and the gulf. You may notice the Summer Waves wallpaper from Wunderwall we used once again because it was so perfect in our other condo. I love it in this bunk room as well! The bunk beds fit perfectly end-to-end and are a great quality! There is a TV on the side wall in here, as in all the bedrooms, and I think this will be a fun room for kids especially.

And here’s the kitchen before…
And now! We didn’t need to do much to this except a new backsplash in sea green, which I love!
The faucet is new as well. Plus– I added one of my own paintings to lend to the serene coastal feel.
Dining area before…
And here it is now!
I wanted to do a round table for this space in the same size we have at home. I was able to find this 60″ solid wood pedestal for a great deal HERE! This table seats up to 8 (We have a couple extra chairs in a closet)–I love it! There are such great views for dining here with clear views of the bay and the gulf.
Here are a few links:
This little sitting area is perfect for having coffee in the morning or just sitting and enjoying the view, and I love the quality of these chairs! Even better than expected, and the price is great! The art was from Etsy! Links are below.

Lamp was from At Home Stores
Moving on to the living area before…
And now, with the clear view of a beautiful sunset.
One of the few pieces we kept in this condo from the previous owner was this leather sectional, which has 3 reclining seats and a great neutral color.
I was able to find several pieces to compliment it well, but I think our favorite are these swivel chairs, which are so comfortable and can turn all the way around for the amazing view.

Just off the living area is the master, which is another of my favorites! How could we forget the pink walls from before?
That’s all changed now! And I love this new look…
Once again it was Wunderwall coming in with the perfect new pattern for a statement wall. Look for this pattern HERE. All the other pieces came together as planned and gave us the serene look we were hoping for.

And the bathroom is a huge transformation as well! Here was the old one:
And this is the new!
New flooring, new vanity, new lights, new shower– basically new everything. And it’s so much better. We’re so happy with it.
As for the 3rd bedroom, it was apparently a workout/office before…
And now it’s a different story…
This room has yet another new Wunderwall pattern which you can find HERE. I love the pink coral and sea horse design! Here are the links to shop this room as well:
And as for the second bathroom, it was pretty plain before…
But it got a new life as well!
I love the tile work the contractor did for us. It’s just not the same place!
And I must show you the balcony of this unit as well. I love the new furniture out here which is very comfortable and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. It comes in a few colors and it’s linked HERE!
The view is nothing but sky and sea for miles.
This condo has pretty much everything you would need, including a full size laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. I forgot to take a picture of it — next time!
Let me know if you have any other questions about this place. I will update this post with the Airbnb listing as soon as it’s live, which should be in just a few days. When it goes up, the calendar will be almost completely open for the next 12 months, so think about when you’d like to visit! You could be one of the very first. We’d love to have you!
