Brittany’s Rancher Reno

I know how you all love a good renovation project, and I’ve got a great sneak peek of one to share this Valentine’s Week. You may remember my brother, David, from when we worked together on the Extreme Home Makeover project here, and when he did this $500 kitchen makeover.

He’s a pretty handy guy and he keeps us laughing all the time. And it was this time last year at our annual family Valentine’s Day dinner that he brought Brittany over to meet us! We all fell in love with her right away, and now we’ve almost forgotten what it was like without her.

Brittany lives in a cute little 1960’s era rancher that, apparently, has been crying out for a little renovation, and David took it upon himself to answer that call.

Here’s how the house looked in the before stages…

See some potential? Well, David has been working some magic on it for several weeks now, and it’s already looking a lot different!
