This is such a great and easy idea! One question – is this the kind of stuff you put on your hand with a little spoon or scoop? Just checking… Thanks!

Yes, or just pour out a little 🙂

I love this! How much does it make?

Just mix it according to how much you want. For example–3/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of soap will make approximately 1 cup of scrub.

Where did you get the scalloped labels?

I just used a scalloped punch on black card stock to make them 🙂

No, not with the sugar I've used! Maybe the soap washes it away!

I made this and the red sugar crystals dissolved, turning the whole batch red. 🙁 Help!

Well, mine does turn a little pink as well. I think it's just the nature of the red sugar. I'm not sure about the dissolving. It may depend on the brand of sugar or soap?? As long as there is enough granulated sugar to provide the texture, it should still work!

It's an adaptable recipe, depending on how much you need. 3 parts granulated sugar to 1 part hand soap. Add a few drops of fragrance to your preference.

I made mine and it mixed well, but now, a day later it has separated. Have you had this issue?

Yes! That can happen. You can just rock the bottle upside down then right side up a few times gently or stir a little with your finger before using.
