    What a good idea to shave down the flesh of the zuchinni to make these ribbons that resemble pasta. Have you ever had the spaghetti squash? That is a fun squash that shreds up like noodles too, but it is yellow. It is quite good with the red sauce on it.

    I would totally eat this. I do this with spaghetti squash all the time. My family won't eat it, though. They like their marinara with pasta. Once I tried to sneek zucchini in some chocolate chip cookies and the kids noticed it right away. They refused to eat them. So picky…
