That looks great, Julie! I love all the miniatures you added in here. I'm sure this must be a fun project to have kids help out on, too. I haven't done anything yet ~ I need to find a good spot to put mine and decide on what plants to get for it first.

It is just darling. I love all the tiny things you found to make it so cute. The bike is the best. Very cheery to look at and the herbs will be great in your recipes:)

I've been wanting to do a miniature garden (or fairy garden) for a while now. I'd never though of using herbs. What a fantastic idea and adorable garden!

One of my friends sent me a link to your blog so I could see your fairy garden. It's adorable! I'm off to Hobby Lobby tomorrow to get some of the items you talked about. Please visit my blog to see my garden I made this past weekend in an old Radio Flyer wagon. http://corgisinmygarden.blogspot.com

This is just too stinkin' cute!!! Love it! I saw my first miniatures at the Lucketts Design House, in Lucketts, VA the day before Easter. I thought it was so cute and what child (regardless of age) or grandchild wouldn't love to help put one of these together! Just really love this! Thanks so much for sharing!

Julie: I hope you don't mind, but I blogged about miniature gardens today and I used one of your pictures giving you full credit for the pic and directing my readers to check out your blog. I was just smitten with this post of yours! Wish I lived closer to my grandkids so we could create one of these gardens together this weekend. I may try to do that with them the next time I visit. Check it out: http://www.myartisticside.blogspot.com

Thank you so much and I hope you don't mind.

I love miniature gardens and the idea of making an herb garden is a great idea. I tried to purchase the miniature pieces from Amazon but they are out of stock now but hopefully they will restock soon. I can't wait! Do you have a Facebook page?

That came from Ingles, which is a chain here in the Southeast. I have also seen these tubs at Ross recently. Hope you find one!

This is the best thing EEEEEEVVVVEEERRRR! I just love the idea. I'm thinking of making one and putting it inside. Your thoughts? It looks as if you put yours outside on a patio? It's snowy here in Jersey. I mean REALLY SNOWY. I'm quite over it and want some fresh herbs at home. I'll let you know how it goes and will send pics of how I decorate mine. Thanks again.

Absolutely gorgeous. I would have loved to have seen this Julie. Snow White’s dress is a triumph and Lady’s grass ears are too fabulous by far. I do have to mention that the Flower Garden Festival is going at Epcot right now and all I can say is Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. This just makes me smile! I love the imagination and makes it so much more fun than just herbs.
