Pin-Worthy Potato Soup
Does anyone else have those certain foods that you really love & some days a craving will just hit you & you think, “I reallywish I had some of that right now”? And when you can’t get it off your mind, you sometimes end up going to great lengths just to get a taste of it? No? Okay, maybe I’m in this food fettish thing all by myself, but one of those foods I’m often craving is Olive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana soup. It’s got potatoes, sausage, seasonings, kale, & other yummy goodness. It’s pretty much heavenly.
When I came across a recipe for it on Pinterest a few weeks ago, I was a little doubtful, but I pinned it because I figured it was worth a try. So, I made it for my family the other night & I’m here to tell you, the girl who first posted this totally nailed it. Everyone in my family fully agreed it was the real thing & absolutely loved it. Visit Trish at Mom on Timeout to get this recipe & try it for yourself.
It’s a yummy, beautiful soup (yes, I like food that’s pretty) that’s simple to make as well. It makes a large pot, so it would be great for serving to guests!
Pin it, make it, share it. You’ll love it.

I love this soup, too! I had it for the first time at Olive Garden a few years ago, and came home determined to find the recipe. This was before Pinterest, but I managed to find it. My family–especially my husband–loved it! My husband asks me to make it anytime they have potluck at work. It keeps really well in the crockpot, and he claims it's a huge hit whenever he brings it. I enjoy the variety of ingredients, and the amazing flavor.
