I love this look! It's the best look for a bathroom because it makes you feel indulgent and pampered but comfy all at the same time. Great Job! 🙂

I am total francophile and I have to agree! Sometimes the romance clashes with the reality! But I love your bathroom.

I have been wondering for a while how to decorate my garden tub. It looks pretty much like yours, but i have no window. I have thought about doing a mural or painting a quote, but after I saw your window, I was inspired. I have an old, paint-chipped window that i wasn't sure how I wanted to use it. Now, I do. I can't wait to see what it looks like. Thanks for the inspiration.

Europeans live in horribly adapted buildings. When I visited a friend who lived in Milano and worked for the Brazilian embassy, I was shocked at the apartment in which she lived. It was a few odd rooms adapted from a large palazzo, everything rickety, bulging walls, noisy heating, terrible even for Brazilian standards. I think Americans believe Europeans are very sophisticated, but perhaps because I lived almost half of my life in another country, my view is more realistic. Americans seem not to realize how wonderful this country is! It is time you start figuring that out, guys. (Love your blog, by the way.)
