Lily’s “Fresh Off the Market” Bridal Shower
Over the weekend, we celebrated our soon-to-be bride, Lily, with a really fun bridal shower! The theme was “She’s Fresh Off the Market!” which goes perfectly with her love of flowers. I can hardly believe it’s this little girl’s turn to be a bride. She and Noah will graduate from college in just a few weeks and will be coming home to Tennessee to get ready for the wedding.

The bridesmaids, as well as my mom and some of my Mom Squad besties, pulled it all together with perfectly-themed menu items that felt like a large picnic charcuterie spread.
I’m linking several of the items we used that have been asked about at the end of the post!

Lily herself designed this sign for us which coordinates with the design of their wedding stationery.

I got the chance to make a carrot floral arrangement which was perfect for Easter the next day as well. A few tips I learned while trying this… I had to cut the original tops from the carrots because they were far too wilted to work for the arrangement. Instead, I just chose this mix of flowers that felt like a garden party! (Some of them I cut from the fields on our farm!)
I also used a smaller cylinder vase inside the larger one to serve as a stabilizer for the carrots and help keep them straight. Then I filled the larger vase with water inside and outside that center vase because the carrots seemed to look fresher in water than they did out.

All the ladies that helped made the most amazing things with beautiful presentation as well…

Lily’s request was to have a juice bar with pink juice and a variety of pretty soda bottles and that was a simple task! The bow garland was made with my gingham napkins! I have been asked to share a tutorial so I’ll try to do that on Instagram at some point!

One of our favorite parts were these huge flowers which were made by the bride herself. They were perfect once again for this theme.

Lily and her sisters…

The Mom Squad who helped pull this together…

Lily and Grammy…

And the bridesmaids and flower girls!

The weather was perfect so we were able to keep the doors open and some sat on the porch!

Lily and Noah were blessed by everyone there and also from friends and family who were not able to be there for the day.

So happy for these two and all the excitement ahead in this soon-coming new chapter!
