Dining Room Updates
Here we are toward the end of January already and I thought it may be a good time to pop in here on the blog. Most of you are keeping up with me on social media now where I am much more frequently sharing, but I do miss the more off-the-grid personal level approach I’ve always had here with my blog readers! And I love that so many of you still meet me here after all this time!
I know I shared the dining room at Christmas, but now that all the holiday decor is done and put away, I decided to revisit and show a couple new things I’ve added. This post contains affiliate links which help to support this blog.
The biggest change last year was the new landscape mural which has totally changed the mood in here to a super serene and calm space. I love it so much and I’m thrilled to work with Wunderwall Mural as I love the designs and quality of products so much. You can find this Castle River Landscape mural HERE.
We also added this chandelier shortly after which has turned out to be another favorite feature I love!
And then we replaced our pink rug that I had in here for so long with this new more subtle gray/blue one. I love how well it completes this elegant and calm feel. The link to the rug is HERE and we got the 9X12 size.
I just shared a reel yesterday on this newly styled centerpiece which was so easy while really freshening up the room for late winter into Spring…
I used a brass tray that used to belong to my grandmother along with the brass bowl, which I filled with moss. I’ve used moss for years and I still love it! You can find the kind I use HERE. The faux white tulips were a great investment from last year and I was so happy to get them out again. They are very realistic and come in a bunch of 30! Find those HERE.
This pink velvet runner is one I found at Hobby Lobby and I think it will be great for Valentine’s Day.
Have you done any transitional decorating so far this year??
