Catching Up

Hi, friends! I hope those of you here in the U.S. all had a fun and relaxing Memorial Day weekend. I know we did here. It felt like we packed a week’s worth of fun into just a few days, and it was exhausting!

It started very early Friday morning when I had the privilege of appearing on one of our local news shows again to share Memorial Day picnic ideas. If you follow my Facebook page, you may have already seen this, but for those of you who missed it, here it is…

And then we had the last day of school, friends’ graduations and parties, and I even got to celebrate a little myself since it was my birthday on Sunday! My sister and her crew came to party with me, and we ate and laughed and ate some more. Definitely some of my favorite things to do!

On Memorial Day, my whole family came over for a day of just hanging out together, which was wonderful after being so busy.

In house news, I finally have a rug in the Piano Room! Those of you who have said I needed one for so long (including my mom), can rest at ease. And yes, I love it!
