Pumpkin Cream Cheese Roll-Ups. Yum!
I’m not trying to be a downer, but this might possibly be the last pumpkin recipe I share on here for the season. But, the good news is, this might just be my favorite one yet.
So, gather these ingredients and whip some of these yummy rolls of pumpkin goodness for your friends and family:
- 10 flour tortillas
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- pumpkin pie spice
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- whipped cream for topping
Start by spreading about a tablespoon of cream cheese onto a tortilla.
Then, spoon on a couple tablespoons of pumpkin…
Lightly sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice…
And roll it up.
Repeat the steps with all 10 tortillas, and place them seam-side-down in a baking dish.
Meanwhile, melt the butter and add in the 2 types of sugar to make a nice syrup.
Pour the syrup over your pumpkin rolls so that each one is covered.
Then, just bake for 20 minutes at 350º.
Top with a dollup of whipped cream and you have yourself a little taste of heaven.
It tastes so much like a pumpkin pie without all the fuss!
This recipe was inspired by my love for pumpkin and this yummy recipe I had pinned to Pinterest. I highly recommend you try it as well!
I’ll be sharing this with a few of these friends. Check them out!

I've been looking for an alternate to pumpkin pie and this is it. Tried some last night and even though I didn't have any cream cheese, they were a hit. Thanks!
