Our Christmas Tour 2025
Welcome! It’s that time and I’m honored that you’ve joined me for an event I love every year. I have officially been doing a Christmas tour for longer than I can believe… 17 years to be exact! And while it takes a lot of creative juice to decorate a little differently each year, I love it and can’t imagine not putting all the effort in for all of my peeps. My biggest fans now range in age from 1 to 99, as my youngest grandson loves the lights and the trees and my grandmother (turning 99 on New Year’s Eve) is eagerly waiting for this post so she can see my house this time of year from her home in North Carolina. With this kind of following, I will always find motivation and creativity to deck these halls the best ways I can and make the season merrier for each of them… and maybe even for you!
I’ll link products or more details whenever I can and some of them will be affiliate links which help to support this blog.
Welcome! Come on in.

I did a gingerbread theme here on the front porch this year, with a custom “gingerbread” house made from repurposed shipping boxes! If you missed that how-to, you can find it HERE.
And more items from this look are inked HERE.

Inside, the entry table is home to one of my Christmas village sets. And it’s at perfect eye level for my littles!
Remember that leaf garland? It has lasted for several years and I first shared that how-to HERE.

Into the Piano Room, and it’s the coziest room when the fire is glowing!

I decided to go with reds in the dining room this year and I love it! This dark red checked tablecloth is linked HERE.

On our small dining room tree, I hung my new mini landscapes and if you missed that you can see details on those HERE.

Moving into the kitchen, it’s more classic Christmas!

These little copper ornaments are classics from Williams-Sonoma years ago, and I just found out that have them again! Linking them for you HERE.

And always a favorite of the family is the annual hot cocoa bar…
I used some of the same pieces I have in the past, just keeping it simple! And my grands have definitely loved the marshmallows in the snow globe.

In the family room is our traditional tree, always the bearer of our collected family ornaments, some generations old now. This is a another gorgeous tree we all picked from the tree farm on the day after Thanksgiving!

Most of you know I love my green velvet sofa, but it’s especially fitting at Christmastime! Find the link to it HERE and get 10% off your first purchase!

One of the few new items I bought this Christmas season was this set of blue velvet pillow covers! A fabulous deal linked HERE.

In the breakfast room, I went with green, red, pinks, and blue for the table. I pulled together a large mix of old and new things, all of which are pieces I love, so it just works if for no other reason than that!

A very simple styling of the shelves with a few more houses we made and a church I’ve had for years as well…

And my little Jesus wreath with a banner I made so many years ago to remind us that nothing is more important than keeping Christ at the center of it all, at Christmas and always.
I’m so glad you made your way here, whether it’s the first or the 17th year that you’ve stopped by. Please feel free to stay and browse around the blog as long as you’d like. May you be inspired and encouraged and get a glimpse of what we value and celebrate at Christmas and all year… every year!

This is bright, beautiful and full of magical Christmas cheer and coziness. You have created a “tradition” has been woven into the hearts and memories off many friends and all your family and has enriched our celebration each year. We all love it and probably take it too much for granted. Thank you for doing this! Colossians 3:23

Thank you. For always being in encouragement and whatever creative ventures, I have tried. And thank you for teaching all of our kids to honor efforts, and for always being such a great example of Jesus to them.

Oh there’s no place like home for the holidays! We love the care you put into the details all year-round, and especially at Christmas. God has truly blessed our family because of your faithfulness to Him! Psalm 90:17

Hi Sue! Thank you so much for the kind words. The pink and light blue set that’s in the breakfast room are the ones we painted and decorated! Those were the chip board houses from Hobby lobby that they normally keep in stock. We used acrylic paints, and snow and trees and glitter to customize them!
