Tailgating Ideas and Free Tennessee Football Printable
It’s that time of year again where everything starts to turn to orange here in Tennessee Volunteer country! And whether you’re taking your party to tailgate at the big game or setting up a spread at home to watch on the big screen, I’m bringing back a few ideas I’ve shared in the past that I think you might like!
First up is my Big Orange Gameday Salsa that has just the right hint of orange and serves up well in small cups for your friends and family! Find the easy recipe HERE. Small bags of tortilla chips served with this make it both portable and delicious!
And for another unique and semi-healthy treat, how about some chocolate-dipped football fruit cones?! There are just a few simple steps to making this edible decor for your table and kids love to help with this as well!
All you need for these are some sugar cones, milk and white melting chocolate, and some grapes or berries!
Just melt some milk chocolate first, dip the tops of the cones, then let them harden on wax paper.
Then, melt a little white chocolate and use a tiny artist brush to “paint” on some laces! So easy!
Serve them in a bucket of popcorn for even more edible fun!
And for my fellow Vol fans, I even have a free chalkboard printable for you to add to your table to show your team spirit! Click HERE to download for free and adjust to the size you want to print!
Football fans, I hope you enjoy these ideas and best of luck to your favorite team this season, and especially –Go Vols!
