Summer Kitchen Decor
You’ve probably noticed, but I’m currently on a summer blogging schedule, which simply means that I’m not really on a schedule at all, but just posting when I can, in between us living our best life over here! And of course, our “best life” still includes real life, which means laundry, taxi service for kids, and the occasional emotional breakdown. But it also means some really great quality time together– both at home and not at home!
Although I haven’t done a lot of decorating at home lately, I always have to switch a few things up here and there, and the kitchen was the most recent target. After several months of the same chalkboard in here, I decided to change that, and with a few clearance finds at Hobby Lobby, I restyled the range hood mantle as well!
For years now, I’ve had black and white as my favorite go-to combo in my home, and I still have tons of that! But, I’ve actually been adding in more navy and white lately and I’ve been loving that, too!

I hope your summer is going great so far, with plenty of time with your favorites, whether you’re staying in or going out! Let me know if you have other questions about this space!
