    I absolutely adore sweet potato fries!! YUM YUM YUM!! I'll try this recipe – so far my homemade ones arn't all that great (probably b/c I'm not deep frying them). If you ever wanna get frozen ones (hey desperate times call for desperate measures) I have found that the Kroger brand are the BEST! And I think I've just about tried all of them at this point.

    you mean they don't contain a couple sticks of butter? i was pretty sure everything she made did!

    yeah- Me and that Paula Deen- we are tied at the waist. Butter? Chocolate? Cream? Yep-use them all! There are a few restuarants hee that serve sweet potoato fries on the side. Love them- xo Diana

    I've never been a sweet potato fan (this may be sacrilegious in the south!) but think I'd be much more inclined to splurge on that chocolate cake. It's hard not to love PD though. She's a sweetheart!

    Ahhh look you have Savannah's sweetheart here today.. I wonder how in the world does she cooks all that yummy stuff and still fit into her clothes..I read one of her recipes and gain weight. I'm a big fan of sweet tator's I also like to cut them round and very thin then fry really crisp.
