It’s so hard to believe, but this year is my 9th year decorating this house for Christmas!  But in all those years and different rooms and ideas I’ve shared, for the first time ever, I’ve decorated our Master Bedroom for the season, and I’m so excited about it!  In fact, I’m so excited, I decided to share it now instead of saving it for my full Christmas tour coming next week!

Unless you’re new here, you already know I am all about white bedding and I’ve had white bedding in our room forever!  But, just for the winter, I decided to change it up a little, and I fell in love with this duvet cover and matching shams to give the bed a cozy winter vibe.  I love the feel of the velvet! And because I always have to have a throw on the bed as well, I found a shaggy white soft one like this one to add that pop of white that I love!

I didn’t want to have to buy all new throw pillows, so I just used the ones I already had on the bed, but I seriously could not resist this “Let’s Mistletoe” pillow when I spotted it here.  (It’s also currently on sale if you you hurry!)  The white furry ones are some that I made, but I found a good deal on similar ones here!

I came so close to talking myself into buying a flocked tree just for this room, but I resisted and decided to go with my gold tabletop tree instead.  (I found this one years ago at a local shop, but I found this one here, which I think is the same one!)

And for the perfect icing on the cake, I added my lighted flocked garland to the headboard!  It’s battery-operated, plus has a timer–perfect for indoors or out!

I am totally loving this Christmas bedroom thing so far!  Do you decorate your bedroom for the season?  Maybe this will inspire you just a little!  The rest of my house is almost decked out as well, and I hope you’ll stop in for my full Christmas tour next week!
