Powder Room Inspiration
Today I have a room to show you that may have never shown in over 7 years of blogging! And it’s not because I don’t love this room–I do! It’s just very hard to shoot, plus it really hasn’t changed since the day we moved in. It’s our Powder Room, right by the kitchen and dining room. Here are a few shots to give you a glimpse…
It’s hard to tell, but the walls are tone-on-tone stripes in pale yellow.
I really do like it, but after 7 years of a Parisian theme, I’m seriously considering a change!
May favorite element in the room is this ceiling. It’s a custom clouded sky mural we printed at our company when we first moved in, and I do still love it.
So–I’m starting to peruse some different options and think about what changes I might like to make in here. If you follow me on Pinterest, you know I love to pin great bathrooms! And here are a few others I really love that are some great inspiration for anyone considering a bathroom makeover! Click on the links below for the sources!
Aren’t these all great? And I know– a wide range of designs here! So, yes, I’m still in the beginning stages of planning, and not sure of the direction I may end up going. But stay tuned! I’ll keep you posted as the plans unfold!

Oh wow, that ceiling, the chandelier and that floor are fabulous. I so hope you keep those.

Thank you! Those are most likely staying! Definitely the floor & most likely the ceiling. Not sure about the chandelier! We shall see!

My favorites… Your ceiling! House Beautiful, Lilly Bunn, Troyer and the Decor Detective. Dimples and Tangles makes me dizzy. I could not have a cocktail and then head in there for sure! But, it is fun. Ohhhh, that mirrored subway tile!

Your bathroom is lovely – you don’t need to change it 😉 but I do love the mural in eleven gables and the tiles in house beautiful 🙂
