Guest Bathroom Reveal (Shop This Look!)
Believe it or not, after 6 years of blogging, there are still a few spaces in this house that my readers haven’t seen. That’s mostly due to the fact that I’ve been waiting for just the right pieces to finish the space. And sometimes that can end uptaking a while!
Such is the case for our guest bathroom… I’ve had a general plan in mind since the days we were building this house. I knew I wanted the white walls with that pop of green at the top, and the classic white tile floor. Several other pieces were easy to find as well, but I could never find just the right piece of art I wanted for over the toilet. And then, just the other day, Ifinally found it!
I walked into Gabe’s for the first time the other day, and as soon as I saw this big canvas, I thought–there it is! So, we brought it home, and it was exactly what it needed.
Almost everything else in this room has been in here for awhile. The vanity sink was custom-made by our cabinet man, and I literally just handed him a pic of this one from Pottery Barn and he made an awesome replica. I seriously love it!
The butterfly art was the first project I did for this house while we were living in an apartment, waiting for it to be finished, and I still love it today.
All I did to make this was simply punch out a bunch of butterflies with a punch like this one,and glue them to some paper in a couple of frames! I punched everything from patterned papers to magazine ads. (So fun!)
And this clearance bench from Marshall’s is great for even more storage for guests…
And my pop of green along the top of the wall? That’s Sherwin William’s Envy. (One of my favorite shades ever!)
That’s about all there is to this small space! I hope you like it.

Usually I'm not a green person. But this is so elegant.
