A Site to See: Trailer Trash Treasure Trove
Yikes! Here we are at literally the last week of summer vacation and I’m scrambling to pack all the fun we can into what little time we have left before my girls go back to school next week. We’re not even talking about how Grant leaves for college in a month. Nope, not talking. But, it does seem like the perfect time to travel around and visit a few friends. And I’m taking you all with me!
Yes, this week, I’m taking a little virtual road trip and bringing you all along to see some sites– great design sites! I’ve spotted a few bloggers recently with really cute style and if you haven’t met them yet, you really should!
Today we’re visiting Rachel from Trailer Trash Treasure Trove! She started her blog to share her journey of decorating her double-wide rental home which she shares with her family of 6! (Did I mention it’s less than 1000 square feet?) This girl is amazing. And her design style is super-cute as well.
Here are a few of my favorites:
Her little girls’ room had me at chalkboard wall. And all the other little accents are so cute I can’t stand it. You’ll never believe how she got that headboard. Check out the post and the details here!
Another of my favorites is her IKEA entertainment center makeover and styling. Love it! Get all the details on that here.
And one of her more recent projects is her gallery wall! It’s full of interest and tells a great story, which is the whole point of a good gallery wall! See more of it here.
There’s plenty more inspiration to be found at Rachel’s blog, so get on over and check it out. And be sure to follow her on all her social networks so you don’t miss whatever she comes up with next!
Now wasn’t that a fun stop? Stop by on Wednesday to see where I’m heading next! There are just so many great sites to see!

Julie,
Thank you so, so much for featuring my blog! It's such an honor because I'm such a huge fan of your blog and your style! I'm looking back through the pictures you posted of my little girls' room and wishing it still looked that clean! Thanks to teeny-tiny doll clothes, baby dolls, legos, dress-up clothes, and everything else little girls like to get into, I cannot currently see the bedroom floor. đŸ™‚

Ha! That's the sad reality of these kids' rooms! Mine have the same problem sometimes! But, yes, it is a gorgeous room!
