    I have a similar recipe and it is wonderful. I even throw mine in the crock pot all day and it still comes out good. I do add real potatoes to mine and then anything you'd put on a baked potato to top it – bacon, shredded cheese, croutons, a dollop of sour cream or even chives! With some fresh bread from Panera or Great Harves (this is great in bread bowls!!) you can't go wrong.

    We LOOOOOVED this recipe. I used potatoes I had in the fridge, but next time will try the frozen ones. Best potato soup I have made! Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day! Blessings, Suzanne
