We’ve arrived at the season for Pumpkin everything, but if a Pumpkin Spice Latte is a little warm for you yet, try this chilled-out version of Pumpkin yumminess and see what you think.

It’s a breeze to make for your friends and family, with ingredients you may already have on hand.

You’ll need:

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup puréed pumpkin
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Just put it all in your blender and blend!

Then, pour into a glass and top with crushed graham crackers…

All the yum of Pumpkin cheesecake without all the hard work! This recipe makes about 4 milkshakes, so I had to make another half batch for our family of 6.
