I'd totally string them up on our little balcony in our apartment right now…it could use some sprucing/warming up, but I don't want to put a ton of money in it because we're only here until we can find "the" house!

Well, I'm not quite sure where I will use these since we are moving and don't know what our next house looks like, but I'm hoping to be able to use them on the back patio! đŸ™‚ I loved them in your room!

I so want to put lights up on our patio! It just completely changes the atmosphere, doesn't it? I'll be keeping my fingers crossed on this one. đŸ™‚

The back patio for sure! We have just recently reclaimed our patio from the kiddos and I'm always looking for a way to add some beauty while we relax and sip some wine at night!!

Hi Julie – Love the porch – looks great. I would use the lights on my patio cover. It needs a bit of sprucing up and this would be just the thing.
    Thank you

Hmm. Not so sure this would be pin worthy, but my daughters have transformed our garage into a hangout in the summer. They've painted it, put furniture in it & these lights would definitely give it more ambiance.
    They'd love them!

I have a lovely hosta garden in my backyard anchored by 3 tall trees, with a hammock strung between 2 of them. String lights would make the area glow at night and not get lost in the darkness of the yard.

I discovered your blog through Pinterest a few days ago and I'm so glad I did! I have been searching for DIY projects and home decor ideas all month long. My family and I are moving in a couple of weeks (we are in the process of buying our first home) and I am looking for inspiration to decorate our new home. I have read a few of your posts now and you are such a wonderful writer! I love that you want your kids to know the proper way to use there, their and they're, and how you speak about family. Each post is a great read and I have enjoyed the time I have spent browsing your blog. I will be back again and again. Thank you for taking the time to create things to inspire us all.

P.S. I was so caught up in telling you how delighted I am to have discovered your blog that I almost forgot to tell you what I would do with a string of lights in my home. They would go on the deck we are planning to add on to our new home. đŸ™‚
