Does anyone else have those certain foods that you really love & some days a craving will just hit you & you think, “I reallywish I had some of that right now”? And when you can’t get it off your mind, you sometimes end up going to great lengths just to get a taste of it? No? Okay, maybe I’m in this food fettish thing all by myself, but one of those foods I’m often craving is Olive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana soup. It’s got potatoes, sausage, seasonings, kale, & other yummy goodness. It’s pretty much heavenly.

When I came across a recipe for it on Pinterest a few weeks ago, I was a little doubtful, but I pinned it because I figured it was worth a try. So, I made it for my family the other night & I’m here to tell you, the girl who first posted this totally nailed it. Everyone in my family fully agreed it was the real thing & absolutely loved it. It’s a yummy, beautiful soup (yes, I like food that’s pretty) that’s simple to make as well. It makes a large pot, so it would be great for serving to guests!

Pin it, make it, share it. You’ll love it.
