Another World…
Sorry I’ve been out of touch for the past several days. I’ve actually been in another world. We took a little family vacation to one of our favorite places & had a seriously magical time.We literally did not open the laptop the entire trip & just left our normal life behind for a few days & had some great quality time together. Rode a few rides…Saw a few characters…Suffered a little humorous humiliation…Ate some great food…Got a little crazy…And loved every minute of it. I even got a few more doors to add to my Wall of Doors (Ok, not really, but I thought I’d share a few for those of you who like my others):One day maybe I’ll give my shpeel about how much I love Disney & why I think every family needs to go at least once. But not today. I’m tired & not quite back in touch with reality yet. And I’ve got a mountain of laundry the size of Everest. Very soon I’ll catch up on some of your questions & emails & get back in the groove. See ya real soon!

What a fun trip!! I am anxious to hear why we should go ~ we haven't been yet (our boys are almost 7 & 8) and we've talked about it but never actually taken the plunge. Glad y'all had a great time!!

Wow, you make me really want to pack up, jump in the car and drive south to Disney World! Everything is happy in that little spot of the world. Is it Disney Land or World that has the new Harry Potter section? Any vacay without the laptop is A-OK!

I live in downtown Orlando, you did not say if you were in Disney World or Land. Where ever you were it was Hot! I love Disney, and live so close by, but probably do not visit any more than anyone else in the nation ha!

Julie- I love Disney. I was lucky enough to be one of the first people in line when it opened in Florida….a lifetime ago… What a special place where magic really does happen! Hugs Diana

I have a hard time understanding why some people are so negative about Disney! I agree, you have to take your kids at least once!

Looks like a GREAT TRIP!!! And good for you for leaving the laptop alone! We brought our boys to Disney when I was pregnant with my daughter. Pretty soon we will go again. She's 2 right now, so I'm thinking ONE more year, LOL! 🙂

Ahhh, Disney World. My favorite place on earth. We took the boys last February and it was nothing short of magical. Yes, it was expensive. Yes, everyone got cranky at least once during that week. Yes, it was way colder than it should have been which was a bummer. But for the next week to ten days after I returned home, I couldn't help myself thinking of what I was doing at that moment a week ago.
Magical!
